The Orange C&C Turkey Bowl M.V.P. trophy was awarded to
Charles Stella for his performance (7 TD's, over 10 receptions without a drop). The night before the game, he took two
promo shots claiming he'll win the honor and even screamed "M.V.P.!" into the camera at the end of his interview.
Crystal Rocco admitted playing the worst football game
of her life on the biggest game of the year. She was responsible for three turnovers, several key dropped passes, and
an inability to tackle in Turkey Bowl 2K1. Since this was the only Bowl game she played she did not receive a single
award at Festivus for football.
Alex Chojnowski
is responsible for the most infamous interception of the year, when he threw a dart into the hands of Chris Fequire. The
interception happened during the Turkey Bowl along with three others.
Charles Stella was the only player not to lose a single game in the 2001 Bowl Capade. However, he
did not receive Football M.V.P. at Festivus. The award was shared between Dustin Stella and Tory Frazier. Dustin
had a record of 3-1, very respectable. Tory did not win a single game. Still, Charles was honored as Bowl Capade
2001 M.V.P. by several other players.
Alex Chojnowski lead all quarterbacks
in interceptions thrown, yet had more wins than any other quarterback. He credits himself with being able to lose by
only one point with Tory and Trevin, while his adversary Paul lost twice with the duo each time by five or more.
The X-Mas Bowl was proclaimed the biggest Bowl Capade upset. In that game, Alex, Charles,
and Trevin pulled off a win being down by two points late in the game. The most lopsided win was the Fiesta Bowl where
Alex, Charles, and Dustin managed to win 16-10.
